Apple pie with honeycomb


  • For 4 servings

  • 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet

  • 2 apples

  • 50 g peach or strawberry jam

  • 30-50g Melisterra honeycomb slices


  • Roll out the dough and cut it into two approximately 20 cm long rectangles.

  • Place them on a greased or greaseproof baking tray.

  • Cut the apples into thin slices about 3 millimeters thick.

  • Spread the jam evenly over each dough rectangle and arrange the apple segments atop the hole.

  • Place a few thin honeycomb slices on the apples and sprinkle with the jam.

  • Finally, place in a hot oven at 200ºC for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
