2 grilled chicken breasts or bean curd

Make the vinaigrette. Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honeycomb, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Set aside.

Slice the grilled chicken breasts into thin strips and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken or bean curd with halved cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
Add the chicken strips to the salad.
